Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients
1 cup (300g) crunchy natural peanut butter
80g pitted dates
3⁄4 cup (75g) almond meal extra for dusting
1⁄4 tsp sea salt flakes
Method
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Roll into balls and dust with extra almond flour.
Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for 1 month.
