Italian Toasted Sandwich
PREP 5 MIN - COOK 5 MIN - SERVES 1
Ingredients
2 thin (40g) slices wholegrain bread (or gluten free)
30g bocconcini thinly sliced
20g prosciutto thinly sliced
1⁄2 medium tomato sliced
1⁄4 tsp dried oregano
1⁄4 cup rocket
Method
Preheat sandwich press.
Top one slice of bread with all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Add other slice and transfer to sandwich press.
Close and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden. Serve.
