Choc Peanut Bliss Balls

Ingredients
150g pitted medjool dates roughly chopped
3⁄4 cup (225g) crunchy natural peanut butter
3⁄4 cup (75g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
1⁄4 cup (20g) raw cacao powder
1⁄4 cup (20g) desiccated coconut
Method
Place all ingredients (except desiccated coconut) into a food processor and mix until combined.
Divide mixture into 16 equal portions. Form into balls and roll in coconut. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
